Stair Master??????????????

I use the stair master everyday at work on my lunch break however,
I just want to lift and tone and make it rounder will the stair master work for that purpose I dont want to lose any weight and I have a hard time doing squats so will this and if so how long per day do I need to do it

    No you don’t need to do it but you can if you wish.

    I personally think the Stair Masters doesn’t really do anything for the backside. Its more for the thighs and cardio purpose. If you want to lift the back side you need to do other things as well.

    A good one for the back side is get on your hands and knees and lift your leg so the knee is bent. Kind of like a donkey kick. Do at least 3 sets of 25 on each leg. The best exercise for the butt tho is lunges so if you really want a nice back side you should do them. Pain is gain.
