Think of a single-floor residence. Or, adapt one floor by adding a bathroom or other needed features.</description>

		<description>Wow, that sounds tough and expensive. Perhaps a small elevator would be much less expensive, take up less room and be more efficient. There are some I&#039;ve seen that are very attractive and take up little space. Not complicated!</description>
